Tincture medicine is an easy and accessible way to take in herbal medicine. The process is quite simple: herbs are soaked in alcohol which extracts the herbal constituents (the medicine). The tinctures work effectively by holding the solution under the tongue for easy absorption directly into the blood stream rather than the digestive system.

Our tinctures are potent! If you find they are too strong for your preference, a simple dilution will not degrade the efficacy of the tincture. Please add recommended dose to a half ounce of water with a squeeze of honey to suit your palate. Additional information is included in the individual product pages.
