Chai Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 cinnamon sticks
10 cardamom pods
3 star anise
10 black peppercorns
1 thumb of ginger (sliced)
6 cups of water
STEPS
Simmer all ingredients in a medium pot for 15 minutes.
Strain liquid into a jar and store in the refrigerator once cooled.
Serving Suggestions:
Chai Latte: Add honey and milk of your choice to taste
Chai: Serve black to keep it herbal
