INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 10 cardamom pods

  • 3 star anise

  • 10 black peppercorns

  • 1 thumb of ginger (sliced)

  • 6 cups of water

 

STEPS

  1. Simmer all ingredients in a medium pot for 15 minutes.

  2. Strain liquid into a jar and store in the refrigerator once cooled.

  3. Serving Suggestions:

    • Chai Latte: Add honey and milk of your choice to taste

    • Chai: Serve black to keep it herbal
